Responsibilities

  • Design all digital graphics for use in advertising media, brochures, newsletters, signage, promotional and sales items.
  • Establish, maintain and organize a marketing database of images, photographs, videos and collateral.
  • Compose and distribute emails campaigns, structured as digital ads/promotions and newsletters.
  • Serve as photographer and videographer capturing and highlighting product features and abilities.
  • Create short corporate/training videos from start to finish, including storyboarding, staging, capturing, editing, and digitally publishing.
  • Create animations of product images, features and capabilities.
  • Coordinate projects with outside graphic agencies, including acquiring project estimates and sustaining graphic, proofing, printing and delivery deadlines.
  • Contribute to the execution of social media and digital communication campaigns, using sources such as agency portal, Facebook, Zalo and YouTube.
  • Assist and participate in the preparation of special events including agency kick-off, award night, COP, and CS..

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including brand identity, websites, illustration, multimedia design, events...

What we are looking for

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, and Figma
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of print and digital production, and editing
  • Knowledge and/or use of a 3D computer graphics software and rendering abilities.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI
