Act role as the second line of defense of compliance function:

  • Handle the investigation on suspected or potential agent misconducts/ fraud regarding allegations/ customer complaints/ claims fraud cases/ L1B’s escalations/ compliance reviews/ observations from compliance analytic & monitoring tools/ etc., and ensure it is completed within TAT.
  • Be responsible for conducting whole investigative process including progression of activities or steps moving from data/information collection & analysis, evidence gathering tasks, to theory development and validation, to forming reasonable ground to believe, to conduct interviews directly with related parties and finally to enforce ethic code.
  • Be supportive and giving feedback timely to the internal stakeholders for cases handled and support to control agent’s misconduct.
  • Timely update the investigation results and report to line manager or Disciplinary Committee or Executive Management Team. The investigation report shall include allegation verification results, recommendations & proposals of disciplinary action forms or penalties for violated agent (if any) and propose recommendations or appropriate measures to mitigate risks identified.
  • Detect violation trends or patterns, then recommend measures to prevent similar violations/ risks in the future.
  • Participate to conduct Compliance Test/ On-site Checking/ Reviews on sale office as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Years of experience: 1-3

  • Education: Bachelor

  • English: Advanced

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Finance/Law/Banking

  • Experience in Compliance/Risk/Investigation
