PFS Business Risk & Control Management (BRCM) has end-to-end line of sight into all aspects of the Retail Banking and to provide expertise, proactive support to all PFS areas in managing and mitigating operational risks and executing risk and control responsibilities as a First Line of Defense function.
BRCM-Fraud provides the advisory and governance activities which ensuring the compliance with Fraud regulatory requirements/ policies covering individual customers.
Advisory & Governance
Policy Operationalization, Control Design, and Escalations
Training: Assist to provide guidance, training, and support to the business units within the segment, and represent BRCM on projects and working groups as required; work closely with Group Compliance to provide inputs to mandatory and thematic anti-fraud training; Assist to educate customer touchpoints on emerging fraud risks / attack vectors which may be encountered by customer segments within the business, and potentially lead to increased volumes of customer queries
Degree or professional qualification in business or banking / financial services areas
Minimum 8-10 years of experience preferably within an Anti-Financial Crime compliance-related function with anti-fraud expertise in a financial institution
Excellent knowledge of anti-fraud regulatory compliance, risk assessment, processes, and controls, with proven and relevant experience in a compliance-related setting
Solid knowledge of banking and financial services regulations, and strong understanding of financial products and systems
Demonstrated experience in managing anti-fraud advisory & policy operationalization
