Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that encompass various marketing channels, including user acquisition, brand awareness, community events, and offline events.
Prepare the marketing budget and define the marketing mix based on CPI and install volume targets.
Execute performance marketing and user acquisition plans at different stages of a game's lifecycle (soft launch, hard launch, and sustain).
Maintain the marketing roadmap for a portfolio of games.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, programmatic, and mobile advertising.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including copy, banners, trailers, playable ads, and interactive landing pages.
Perform competitor marketing execution analysis to strengthen in-house initiatives.
Measure and report on cohorted campaign performance (CPI, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS).
Scale up social media reach, engagement, and conversion to drive measurable results. Manage day-to-day social media activities and plan engaging content calendars.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
5 years of experience in gaming industry.
In-depth knowledge of mobile marketing channels and their impact on performance metrics.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter, and third-party ad networks.
Experience with performance marketing metrics and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry
