- Là đầu mối liên hệ các báo cáo quản trị giữa PVA và PCA - Hỗ trợ các phòng ban trong công ty lên kế hoạch phân bổ và quản lý ngân sách, bao gồm ngân sách vận hành và ngân sách dự án;- Là đầu mối liên hệ cho mọi yêu cầu liên quan tới ngân sách, tài chính của bộ phận. Thực hiện phân tích tài chính giúp các phòng ban cải thiện và vận hành dự án hiệu quả hơn.

Job Responsibilities

  • Expense Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of company expenses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Cost Control: Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize spending and improve financial efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all expense management activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide support for expense-related inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of expense reporting and management activities.
  • Budget management: Assist in investigating expense variances to put forward risk mitigation insights.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in expense management, financial analysis, or a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fundamental stakeholder management skill.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry is a plus.
