The FWD Summer Internship Program offers students and fresh graduates from all majors an exciting and differentiated experience with FWD Vietnam. The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.

Requirements:

Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from all majors who are available to work full time from June to August.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.
Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.

Human Resources

Prepare and design internal communications following HR directions.
Monitor the projects’ agenda and action plans to ensure all agreed timelines are met;
Work with vendors, internal stakeholders to arrange logistics and deliver on-site executions of HR program/ event/ campaign/ contests.
Join project planning for youth and in charge of projects fit with his/her abilities
Propose a new idea and implementation to promote FWD as Employer of choice for students
Take on ad hoc duties and responsibilities required by supervisors

Distribution Training

Support tasks within the Banca training and gain hands-on experience in related professional skills while assisting the team in achieving departmental goals.
Participate in projects and internal training activities.
Learn and apply professional knowledge to real-world tasks.
Assist with event organization, internal training programs (if any).
Support other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Assist with administrative tasks, organizing documents, reports, and other office duties
