Report to: Senior Manager, Agency Performance ManagementLocation: Hochiminh CityFunction: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Planning & Strategic InitiativesRole: Individual ContributorThe Opportunity:We are looking for Agency Performance Management, Consultant who will - Understand deeply knowledge of data management and statically methods to give insights of Agency business performance analysis which will support the management in decision making process.- Track Agency compensation budgeting and propose tactical contests to drive Agency force behaviors to achieve short-term business production. - Involve Agency projects, play as project team member role with quality and control actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex business performance data to support strategic decisions. Providing insights beyond raw data to shape business strategies.
• Own the reporting framework, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reports for agency performance management.
• Drive automation and optimization in reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Develop and enhance data visualization tools for executive reporting.
• Identify business performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve agency productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Marketing teams to ensure data consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Support Senior Manager in executive presentations, preparing advanced analytics, forecasts, and impact assessments.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks to refine internal performance measurement.
