Key Responsibilities 

  • Consumer Segmentation: Develop and refine consumer segmentation to target consumers based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.  

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Design and implement full-funnel lifecycle marketing campaigns to optimize consumer engagement.  

  • Growth Hacking: Experiment with innovative growth tactics, A/B testing, and marketing automation to optimize conversion rates and consumer retention.  

  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize performance across owned multi-channels (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging) to enhance consumer engagement and conversion.  

  • Martech Strategy & Implementation: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to deliver personalized messaging and improve campaign efficiency.  

  • Performance Marketing Integration: Work closely with performance marketing team to align acquisition efforts with lifecycle initiatives for maximum ROI.  

  • Marketing Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimize the customer journey and support refining marketing strategies.    

Requirements 

  • Min. 2 years of doing Lifecycle Marketing for internet platforms 

  • Proficient English communication skills 

  • Strong problem solving, customer-centric mindset, data analysis and teamwork skills 

  • Proficiency in using consumer engagement, tracking and reporting tools, i.e., GA, Looker, Productsup, Braze. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration experiences with Product, Data and Marketing teams 

  • Strong project management skills and know how to manage lifecycle marketing roadmad campaign.  

  • Proactive, can-do attitude.
