As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Supporting the development of PGVN Marketplace Strategy, with a focus on executing growth initiatives related to our marketplace business.
• Leading a team of analysts to deliver strategic outcomes for the business. Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Researching and analyzing key business drivers, competitive environment, opportunities, trends, and operating metrics for the business. Understanding and articulating the similarities and differences across our markets.
• Conducting regular competitive benchmarking in our market. Tracking emerging business models to inform strategic decisions.
• Running periodical reports on macro situation and property markets to support consumers, customers and internal stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Running the annual Strategic Planning process in collaboration with sales and finance. Ensuring alignment between strategic goals and financial planning.
• Tracking and reporting on key strategic projects and the achievement of desired metrics. Ensuring strategic initiatives are progressing according to plan.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in top-tier strategy consulting, tech corporate strategy, and/or private equity with a focus on portfolio company operations. Experience managing project teams and coaching junior resources.
• Strategic expertise in areas such as market entry in Asia, consumer tech, fintech, retail/e-commerce, or product development. Familiarity with database queries and advanced analytics is highly desirable.
• Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence teams and stakeholders. High EQ with a collaborative and helpful nature.
