Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí

• Assist the Manager to deliver Quality Assurance review programs at PVA to provide assurance to the Group and PVA Management on PVA compliance to pertinent regulations, Group requirements.

Hỗ trợ Người quản lý triển khai và giám sát các chương trình đánh giá Đảm bảo Chất lượng và Kiểm soát nội bộ tại PVA để đảm bảo việc tuân thủ của PVA đối với các quy định, các yêu cầu của Tập đoàn.

• Assist the Manager to identify areas for improvements in PVA’s key controls and monitoring activities executed by 1st Line of Defense, 1.5th Line of Defense and 2nd Line of Defense.
• Hỗ trợ Người quản lý tìm ra các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện trong hoạt động giám sát và kiểm soát chính của PVA do Tuyến phòng thủ thứ nhất, Tuyến phòng thủ thứ 1,5 và Tuyến phòng thủ thứ 2 thực hiện.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

Planning phase:

         Lập kế hoạch

• Assist to formulate strategic Quality Assurance plan that enables relevance and prerequisites of thematic reviews to validate PVA’s conformity to local regulatory, Group requirements, and to assess design and operating effectiveness of LBU controls in response to emerging corporate strategy.

Hỗ trợ Thực hiện lập kế hoạch Đảm bảo Chất lượng bao gồm các rà soát nhằm đánh giá, kiểm tra việc tuân thủ với quy định pháp luật, các yêu cầu của Tập đoàn và để đánh giá thiết kế và hiệu quả hoạt động của các biện pháp kiểm soát PVA nhằm đáp ứng chiến lược công ty.

• Assist to develop Quality Assurance methodology on deep-dive reviews and promote consistent application across LBU 2nd Line of Defense to ensure effectiveness of review programs.

Hỗ trợ thực hiện Phát triển phương pháp Đảm bảo Chất lượng đối với các cuộc rà soát kiểm tra và thúc đẩy việc áp dụng nhất quán trên Tuyến phòng thủ thứ 2 của PVA để đảm bảo tính hiệu quả của các chương trình đánh giá.

Fieldwork phase:

        Thực hiện các rà soát kiểm tra:

• Assist to reviews and monitoring activities developed on a risk-based approach to ensure appropriate focus and coverage of quality assurance activities.

Hỗ trợ trong các cuộc rà soát kiểm tra dựa trên phương pháp đánh giá rủi ro để đảm bảo mức độ ưu tiên và độ bao phủ phù hợp của các hoạt động đảm bảo tuân thủ.

• Participating in innovation activities in terms of communication to facilitate the review progresses and areas for improvements in PVA’s key controls and monitoring activities.

Tham gia các hoạt động đổi mới truyền thông để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho tiến trình rà soát và các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện trong các hoạt động giám sát và kiểm soát chính của PVA

Reporting phase:

        Báo cáo

• Assist to establish PVA Remedial Action Oversight Protocol to oversee progresses of actionable items arising from various review programs within PVA, facilitate PVA’s timely implementation of the agreed action plans and escalate to PVA management as and when there are overdue actions.

Hỗ trợ thiết lập quy trình giám sát các khuyến nghị PVA nhằm giám sát tiến độ các khuyến nghị từ các cuộc rà soát đánh giá khác nhau trong PVA, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho PVA thực hiện kịp thời các khuyến nghị  đã thống nhất và Báo cáo ban lãnh đạo PVA khi có khuyến nghị bị quá hạn

• Assist to ensure Quality Assurance filedwork is effectively communicated to the right levels and stakeholder.

Hỗ trợ đảm bảo công việc của phòng Đảm bảo Chất lượng được trao đổi hiệu quả đến các bên và các cấp phù hợp

• Assist to ensure reviews and monitoring activities are conducted as per the approved plan, term of reference (TOR)

Hỗ trợ đảm  bảo các hoạt động đánh giá và giám sát được thực hiện theo kế hoạch đã được phê duyệt

• Assist to ensure oversee progresses of actionable items from Quality Assurance reviews are strictly monitored

Hỗ trợ đảm  bảo tiến độ của khuyến nghị từ các cuộc rà soát  Đảm bảo Chất lượng được giám sát chặt chẽ

• Maintenance of adequate documentation of working process, working tools and integrity of those

Duy trì tài liệu đầy đủ về quy trình làm việc, công cụ làm việc và tính toàn vẹn

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng

Mandatory: Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Audit and Accounting/ Economics/ Financial and Banking/ Business Administration/ Commerce as minimum requirement

         Bắt buộc: Đang theo học các ngành Kiểm toán, kế toán/ ngành Kinh tế/Tài chính và ngân hàng/Quản trị kinh doanh/Thương mại.

Good command of written and spoken English
