Job Responsibilities :
As the Product Manager, you will oversee the strategic execution of our 3rd party mobile game publishing operations in Vietnam. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Art, Localization, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery across all aspects of the business.Your mandate is to drive excellence in game operations across multiple high-impact projects, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. This critical role requires close collaboration with external game development teams, where you will play a key role in elevating and refining game operations to meet and exceed industry standards, ultimately driving growth and success for our partners.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of the mobile game market, identify, evaluate and build proposal for potential games or game genres to publish.
- Work with or manage teams across multiple functions, including marketing, operations, community management, customer support, and technical support, ensuring cohesion and excellence in execution.
- Oversee the entire game lifecycle, from initial evaluation and preparation to soft launch, hard launch, and post-launch support, ensuring successful execution and strong market penetration.
- Hold P&L responsibility, driving profitability and ensuring that all operational activities align with and support financial targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies with a focus on monetization, user engagement, and sustainable long-term growth.
- Strategically plan and execute an integrated product roadmap that includes updates, new features, and coordinated marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Regularly analyse and forecast game performance using detailed daily statistics, making informed, data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and maximize success.
- Benchmark internal products against competitors through detailed market analyses, refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Clearly articulate and champion the product and publishing vision across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment, focus, and commitment to key objectives.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience working on product development or operations of mobile applications (mobile game, ecommerce, fintech, ...) with deep expertise in the Vietnamese market.
- Genuine interest in gaming industry is a must.
- Extensive experience in within a leading game publishing company is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in finding potential game leads to publish is highly desirable.
- Strong logical thinking; able to clearly articulate technical or process-related issues.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Resourceful in solving problems, always eager to learn to find innovative solutions.
- Excellent command of English, both in reading and communication.
- Position based in Ho Chi Minh City.
