Training Program Management:

  • Design, implement, and oversee training programs for various teams within the organization, including GADGA OM (Operations Manager)GA CS (Customer Service), and GA BO (Back Office).
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Develop effective training solutions, from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with divisional goals.

CSR Alignment:

  • Oversee the CSR activities within your areas that align with the organization’s Health strategy.
  • Foster a culture of health awareness and best practices through programs.

Human Resources Management:

  • Oversee the training and development processes for new hires.
  • Ensure high-quality orientation and onboarding experiences to enhance employee performance.
  • Monitor the standard quantity/ quality of each GA staff to meet new law requirement and GA Manual

Other Assigned Tasks:

Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job requirement

Educational Background:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in EconomicsBusiness AdministrationInsuranceBanking, or Finance.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experienced in Insurance
  • Training and delivery or management experience is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good understanding of the GA Model (specific to your organization).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey training content.
  • Proficient in planning
  • Business acumen
  • Data driven 
  • Decision-making.
