Job Requirements:

• Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Finance/Accounting/Auditing or other related majors.

• Available to work full time from June to August.

• Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.

• Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advance Excel skill).

• Skilled in SQL is a big plus.

• Knowledge of data and system is an advantage.

• Good logical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.

Finance Analysis & Reporting

- Assist in performing accounting bookings in general ledgers and preparing tax reports. This involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and the Group’s policies.1. Assisting with Month-End Closing Process:

• Recording Transactions: Recording all accounting transactions related to compensations, reserves, taxes, and other assigned general ledger transactions.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborating with relevant departments to collect documents and worksheets for monthly bookings.
• Compliance and Timeline: Following the month-end closing timeline and ensuring all assigned booking transactions comply with local regulations and the Group’s policies.
• Reconciliation: Performing reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory, and other assigned tasks. 

2. Assisting with Monthly Tax Reports and Reconciliation:

• Preparation and Calculation: Preparing VAT, PIT, and FCT tax reports and Calculating FCT for invoice payments.
• Tax Reconciliation: Performing tax reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Corporate Strategy

• Assist in the development and dissemination of weekly, quarterly, and annual strategic reports, performance reports, and trend analysis for business unit meetings and management reviews.

• Assist in conducting research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, etc.

• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for strategic planning meetings and senior management reviews.

• Have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real-world projects that impact the company's long-term success.

• Gain hands-on experience in strategic planning methodologies and practices within the life insurance industry.
