Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the timeliness and Auality Assurance Reviews according to the Operation Quality Assurance plan(Đảm bảo thời gian và chất lượng của các cuộc Rà Soát Chất lượng giao dịch bảo hiểm theo kế hoạch). • Effectively coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the findings are closed timely;(Phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng/ban khác trong Khối Vận hành/ Công ty đảm bảo các phát hiện được đóng đúng thời gian). • Conduct the ad-hoc review/analysis to address Management’s concern on the risk of the Operations division/ Company ;(Triển khai rà soát/phân tích ngoài chuyên đề để giải quyết lo ngại của Ban Lãnh Đạo về các rủi ro của khối Vận hành/ Công ty). • Support to build and equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills to meet the the requirement. (Hỗ trợ xây dựng và trang bị kiến thức, kỹ năng cần thiết cho nhân viên để đáp ứng các nghiệp vụ yêu cầu)
