Your journey with us starts from day 1. You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort across globe and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.

You will embark on a structured program with on-the-job training, access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop your skills and knowledge in the areas that interest you, plus, opportunities to build your network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers. We strive to provide a supportive environment for our graduates to ensure you maximize your full potential with your manager, buddy and the wider graduate community right by your side.

Participant responsibilities:

·       Attend training courses on SAP software solutions in accordance with the schedule provided by DXC.

·       Engage in learning and practical exercises through simulated projects or on-the-job training.

·       Receive supplementary training in soft skills and work management.

·       Participate in the program on a full-time basis.

·       Execute tasks as assigned by the Project Leader.

·       Adhere strictly to company policies.

Program Requirements:

·       Newly graduated students from universities specializing in Information Technology, Logistics, and Finance/Accounting or other relevant fields.

·       Oriented to become a professional SAP Consultant.

·       Technical Skills:

o    SAP ABAP: Basic programming skills in C#, Java, or similar languages. 

o    SAP SD: Understanding of logistics and sales workflows. 

o    SAP FI: Familiarity with financial and accounting principles.

·       English - Upper-Intermediate level with fluent communication skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT). Preference for candidates who know how to use MS Visio and MS Project.

·       Ability to analyze, solve problems, and manage work. Preference for candidates with experience in consulting and developing business processes, and candidates with team management experience.

·       Good teamwork skills, hardworking, enthusiastic, sociable, and responsible at work.
