Report to: Chief Partnership Distribution OfficerFunction: Partnership DistributionDepartment: High Net WorthLocation: Hochiminh CityThe Opportunity:We are looking for Director, High Net Worth who is responsible for:- Execute CPDO strategy to build the first high net worth (HNW) insurance ecosystem in Vietnam.- Act as the central contact point, center of excellence, and knowledge hub for HNW insurance in the company.- Devise strategy and ensure smooth implementation to scale up HNW segment to become a material profit driver, and key differentiation for AIAVN- Expand the ecosystem to EHNW/Affluent segment to further expand the reach & depth of AIA’s offering to wider customer base.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop a core HNW team, and manage cross-functional teams within AIA Vietnam and external partners to deliver key partnership outcomes, including:
