Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in a competitive market environment.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, coupled with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans that align with overall business objectives, capitalize on market opportunities, and address customer needs and preferences effectively to gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable growth.

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Strong customer focus and service orientation, with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer requirements, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and navigate objections to close sales deals and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering measurable business outcomes, coupled with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales activities, lead generation, and pipeline management to drive continuous sales growth and success.
