Job Requirements:

• Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Law, Finance, Auditing or other related-majors.

• Available to work full time from June to August.

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.

• Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.

• Good knowledge of Vietnam legal system.

• Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Good analytical and business writing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.

Legal

Job Scope:

• Support in preparing & recording the legal documents.

• Study legal issues relating to the company operation.

• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Compliance

Job Scope:

• Assist in compliance monitoring & testing (research, work on data, contribute views and opinions).

• Provide coordination, research, and project management support for compliance owners projects.

• Maintain documents and reports.

• Brief and aggregate data at meetings.

• Support in preparation for compliance training (if any).

• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Risk Management

Job Scope:

• Provide support for Business as Usual (BAU) tasks, including incident reporting, monthly and quarterly risk reporting.
• Assist with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) by helping with documentation reviews.
• Contribute to Risk Awareness Week activities, such as designing quiz platforms, summarizing results, posting on Workplace/Spotlight, and managing gift orders and deliveries.
• Support in researching and designing a Risk e-learning module Support ad-hoc requests from the line manager and/or supervisor as needed.
