The FWD Summer Internship Program offers students and fresh-graduates from all majors an exciting and differentiated experience with FWD Vietnam. The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.

Job Requirements:
Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Information Technology or Banking/Economics with computer-related coursework/certificates.
Available to work full time from June to August.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with effective slide preparation and presentation skills.
Good written (in both Vietnamese and English) and verbal skills to communicate transparently between IT and non-IT departments.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze business need and identify issue.
Ability to coordinate in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Knowledgeable in computer software and skillful in computer system usage.
Having knowledge of business modelling, diagramming and UX/UI is a plus.
Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude, dedication and agile mindset.

Job Scope:
Be involved in project phases from business requirement to system implementation as business analyst role.
Perform system testing for projects of applying new technologies into business process.
Document system requirement based on business need; illustrate system visualization (UI) by available tools.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
IT Solution Delivery
Job Scope:
Involve in building and supporting new web applications
Working with vendor, BA and group IT for system integration
