About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

Product & Customer Integration for Unsecured

• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks for project documentation.

• Work hand-in-hand with both regional and in-country stakeholders to manage project deliverables timely

• Involve in Foundation build activities for new unsecured systems like UAT and Target Operating Model with processes linked to new systems to deliver end-to-end customer journey effectively

• Work on Migration activities to ensure unsecured products and customers are migrated into UOB systems on the Operation Day 1 successfully including UAT testing, data cleansing, customer communications, dry run works, etc.

• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus

• Relevant depth of experience in the industry, with minimum 5 years of experience in banking products, especially digital banking sector

• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team-oriented environment, under pressure and manage deadlines

• Willing to face with unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

• Experience of Unsecured Product will be an advantage

• Team player who possesses drive, initiative and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
