​​​​​​​The Logic Technology Development (LTD) team in TD, is responsible for delivering programs and modules to ramp new process nodes, supporting HVM and providing a predictable technology cadence for Intel customers. Within LTD, Foundry Engineering serves as the primary support interface to foundry customers on process technologies from technology evaluation through product development and volume ramp.  Further, the organization is responsible for driving enablement of silicon manufacturing capabilities needed to meet foundry industry benchmarks, execution and delivery of shuttle test chip and product silicon, and process improvements to meet customer targets.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical expert to lead the engagement with key customers within the Product Engineering and Technical Solutions organization within the foundry technology development team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by deeply engaging with our customers, understand the requirements and work with the teams within TD to deliver superior silicon technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of executing design on leading edge nodes, understands silicon technology and extensive industry experience.Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs, driving the development of innovative, customized solutions.
  • Proactively address customer challenges, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals.

2. Technical Expertise and Solution Development:

  • Leverage deep technical expertise in design and silicon technology (e.g., semiconductor process nodes, packaging, and design) to guide internal teams and customers.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables, collaborating with development and operations teams to achieve results.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with senior leaders in the technology programs, analytics, device and DTP to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Drive alignment between customer needs and internal development roadmaps, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

4. Organizational Development:

  • Help Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, focusing on professional growth and technical skill development.
  • Implement processes and tools that improve efficiency, collaboration, and the customer experience.

Required Experience

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of design execution on advanced nodes, silicon technology, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and the specific needs of foundry customers.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships, navigate high-stakes situations, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a significant portion of that time in technical and customer-facing roles.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$222,480.00-$400,720.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
