Job Description

Bosch Rexroth Automation & Electrification Solutions (AE) is seeking an intern to support marketing activities for the business area within the US. The intern will collaborate across functions working closely with marketing, product management, and sales stakeholders in North America and in Germany. The intern will support the definition and implementation of regional target audiences, marketing channels, campaign content and programs, and the attainment of marketing KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

• Assist in coordinating marketing programs, campaigns, and lead generation activities including content marketing, social media and online marketing, tradeshows, live events, product showrooms, and public relations opportunities
• Support the organization of corporate key events; tasks will include invitation and registration management, demand generation, creation of interactive presentation concepts
• Create and update product webpages and direct marketing campaigns
• Create online and offline content and creative assets for social media, product brochures, white papers, customer success stories, websites, presentations, videos and other marketing collateral
• Support creation of monthly marketing reports & assist with lead management. Interpret and analyze data in these reports
• Support in additional marketing activities as needed

Qualifications

• Must be a recent graduate seeking an internship or currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or business
• Location in Hoffman Estates, IL or Charlotte, NC. Hybrid work schedule.
• Hours are flexible 16 - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)       
• Must be a self-starter, able to fully own all tasks and functions
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and visual trends
• Ability to quickly pick up new software and web tools
• Video and editing experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (required)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop (required); Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign (beneficial)
