Essential Job Functions:• Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks.• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks.• Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees.• Contribute to talent acquisition and development efforts.• Address basic employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.• Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks.• Maintain and update HR records and reports as needed.• Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role• Proven experience in HR strategy and program development• Proficiency in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations• Strong communication and team collaboration skills• Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities• A dedication to ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trendsOther Qualifications:• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus• Relevant certifications, such as aPHR or SHRM-CP, are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
