Join us as the KSQ Site Affairs, Business Operations Lead, where you will be at the heart of driving the KSQ site’s success. Reporting directly to the Head of P&TS Business Operations and KSQ Site Affairs, this role is integral to the seamless operation and vibrant culture at KSQ. You will spearhead a variety of business operations activities and work closely with the KSQ Site Affairs Colleague Engagement and Communication Lead to execute strategies that enhance colleague engagement and site performance.
Your ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships is key, as you will be partnering with diverse teams across the site, including Global Workforce Experience (GWE), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Security, Colleague Wellness, crisis/business continuity teams, and site leadership. These collaborations will be essential in ensuring a cohesive and well-organized site environment.
Leverage your skills to support logistical needs for Colleague Resource Groups, and lead initiatives such as recognition, rewards, volunteer programs, community grants, and scholarships. Your proactive approach will help foster a culture of scientific innovation and colleague development. As a pivotal contact across KSQ, your contributions will fuel our site’s continuity and success, with ample opportunity to interact across all organizational levels, driving events and programs that make our site an extraordinary place to work.

Work Location Assignment: On PremiseThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $112,700.00 to $187,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
