As a Procurement and Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Manage the procurement process.
. Develops and manages relationships with key suppliers.
Lead negotiations with suppliers ensuring that the most favorable terms of contract are obtained.
Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
Works closely with supply chain partners to ensure timely supply.
Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems. Drives procurement KPI with team & suppliers for continuous performance improvements. Ensures compliance to Baker Hughes policies and procedures.
Leads design and implementation of procurement projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree
7+ years Procurement experience.
· Intermediate experience working with SAP
2+ years experience in a leadership role with direct reports
