ROLE SUMMARY
Prevnar represents 25 years of Pfizer innovation with pneumococcal disease starting with Prevnar, then Prevnar13 and now Prevnar20. Prevnar20 offers unique value to the marketplace, and we have an opportunity to continue to positively impact public health with the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recently expanded recommendation for adults. As Prevnar20 navigates a changing competitive environment, this role offers a chance to bring fresh strategies and innovative thinking to help defend market share. Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, the Prevnar 20 Adult, HCP lead Marketer will play a critical role in leading flawless execution of core components of the HCP strategy in order to achieve brand goals and ensure success.
This team operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork. As the work evolves, priorities change, and needs arise, the individual will need to flex across several content areas to support/drive the work. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires an organized and coachable colleague with operational US Marketing experience (vaccines preferred) and the ability to navigate the organization and get things done.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Prevnar 20 Adult HCP lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies and tactics to defend market share and accelerate uptake in key patient groups. They will coordinate tactical efforts led by the director and senior brand manager to ensure alignment with brand strategies and objectives
