Baker Hughes Bently Nevada offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of machine condition monitoring. We also provide protection hardware, software, and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. 

Partner with the best 

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will perform component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring, and mechanical assemblies. In addition, you will be mounting and soldering components, wiring harnesses, connectors, and mechanical assemblies. 

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for: 

  • Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly tools.
  • Identifying and reading values of common electronic components to verify parts required
  • Performing high and low-level temperature soldering to ensure attention to detail
  • Assembling components per assembly drawings & bill of material
  • Performing functional testing on assemblies per customer and/or division criteria.
  • Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will: 

  • Have a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
  • Have the ability to operate material-moving equipment.
  • Have a good understanding of how to operate basic hand tools and power tools needed for assembly
  • Be a team player and capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures
