We are establishing a Sr. Director, Succession Planning COE role to architect and lead ServiceNow's enterprise succession strategy. This strategic position will revolutionize how we identify, develop, and advance extraordinary leaders at scale by integrating cutting-edge technology, predictive analytics, and human insights. As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, this visionary role will be instrumental in ensuring a robust leadership pipeline that fuels ServiceNow's future.

Lead ServiceNow's enterprise succession planning strategy, integrating AI technology and human insights to transform how we identify and develop future leaders.
Design and activate a future-state succession framework that leverages predictive analytics and human-centered approaches to revolutionize P5/EVP readiness.
Partner with senior leaders to implement innovative solutions for identifying and accelerating high-potential talent for critical roles.
Architect sophisticated assessment frameworks that combine quantitative insights with qualitative leadership indicators.
Drive pilot programs to test new succession approaches, measurement systems, and development pathways.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top leaders, ensuring strong buy-in and engagement in succession processes.
Lead a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, and business leaders.
Design and implement data-driven measurement systems to track succession effectiveness and leadership pipeline health.
To be successful in this role you have:
12+ years of experience in succession planning, leadership development, or related field with demonstrated success scaling enterprise talent programs.
Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative succession frameworks in high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in leadership assessment methodologies and talent analytics.
Strong ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
Experience leveraging technology and AI in talent processes.
Track record of translating complex talent data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
Strong business acumen and ability to align succession strategies with business objectives.
