In this role, you will:
Participate in less complex consulting services and identify opportunity for providing credit and portfolio expertise
Identify and assess credit performance, as well as potential and emerging risks, and partnering on credit and portfolio strategies within the scope of responsibilities
Review and analyze credit performance or credit portfolio that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in credit consulting services
Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers
Work with business partners, provide analytic solutions, and develop strategies to support or negate change recommendations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate
Knowledge and understanding of title related matters pertaining to Commercial Real Estate.
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Strong commercial credit analysis skills
Knowledge and understanding of BLAST (Business Lending and Sales Tracking) system, CreditView, and nCino

advising and consulting on all commercial real estate subject matter; the collection, review, analysis and assessment of commercial real estate due diligence
ordering, reviewing and addressing all title matter issues associated with collateral
the coordination of the closing of commercial real estate loans with a focus on credit and collateral quality
acting as an expert guidance partner in all commercial real estate construction loans (required in policy for several lines of business)
the monitoring of commercial real estate construction draws and progress
providing commercial real estate related advice and training to line of business partners.
The team works directly with Relationship Managers, Senior Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Managers, Commercial Banking Portfolio Management Senior Managers, and other Wells Fargo team members to understand credit needs and represents the bank in developing and maintaining client relationships.
