Job Summary• This role is responsible for providing direct leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers focusing on strategic development, and shaping the vision, strategy, and processes for key initiatives aimed at expanding the company's presence in new markets and business lines. The role collaborates with executive leadership to refine supply chain strategic goals in alignment with the company's mission, and monitors progress towards these goals. The role oversees the development of business process migration strategies, engages in cross-functional collaboration, manages supply chain models, conducts industry analysis, and identifies growth opportunities with business cases and financial models for investment decisions.Responsibilities• Provides direct and ongoing leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers to coordinate, manage, and lead strategic development related projects for a highly complex category or business unit.• Defines and drives vision, strategy, and processes for key strategic initiatives to help the company expand into new markets, business lines, and opportunities.• Collaborates with the executive leadership to refine the organization's supply chain strategic goals and objectives, and leads the development and implementation of plans that align with the company's mission and vision.• Monitors and evaluates progress toward strategic goals, and communicates the updates to the senior leadership and executives.• Develops an end-to-end business process migration strategy, tactics, project plan, and timeline to achieve the strategy development program's goals.• Works cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, research, and marketing to deliver insights on the development of supply chain strategies.• Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems.• Manages recurring analysis of industry and market trends, competitors, growth opportunities, and internal performance to lead the strategic planning process.• Identifies potential business growth opportunities related to supply chain and operations, and develops business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new markets, technologies, or partnerships.• Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & SkillsNACross-Org Skills• Customer Centricity• Prioritization• Resilience• Team Management• Strategic Thinking

The base pay range for this role is $136,850 to $210,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
