What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math or in a related field of study and 1+ years of experience with Design for Test Solutions.
OR a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math or in a related field of study and 1+ year experience with Design for Test Solutions.How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):Post graduate degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering Computer Science, or in a related field2+ Years experience with Tessent DFT solutions (e.g., Scan, TestKompress, Memory BIST/BISR, Logic BIST, iJTAG etc.)2+ Years experience in optimizing tools/flows/methods for DFT insertion and validation.2+ Years experience with the SoC development process (e.g. synthesis, static timing analysis, formal equivalence checking, etc.)Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$121,050.00-$170,890.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
