Nasdaq is a leading financial technology company dedicated to improving the liquidity, transparency, and integrity of the financial system. We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive individual who can manage complex projects, facilitate communication, and drive key company objectives. This person will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Strategy leadership team and will play a critical role in Nasdaq’s success, with a strong emphasis on communications support, organization, attention to detail, driving processes, and working across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure collaboration and timely and successful completion, driving processes to achieve desired outcomes
- Work closely with the communications team to craft and shape the CEOs narrative, messaging and storytelling to align with Nasdaq’s priorities and vision. Develop best in class briefing books, reports and project deliverables.
- Develop high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including presentations, remarks and talking points
- Maintain structured and organized processes to assess opportunities for CEO, with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy and desired impact
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including business partners and clients ensuring
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the organization
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow up on action items for executive meetings
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and support decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role or within a financial services environment
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Strategic thinker, proactive, resourceful, creative, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information with discretion, and skilled at driving processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
