Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate Manager as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation
In this role, you will:
- Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance
- Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area
- Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management
- Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
- Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience of leading in a production environment
- Experience with Wells Fargo Cash Management Service and/or Cash Vault Services processes and procedures
- Demonstrated change leadership skills with ability to lead through change impacts
- Demonstrated experience making recommendations and decisions on personnel related matters involving performance reviews, salary reviews and hiring/terminating
- Advanced process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvement
- Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere
- Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projects
- Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, inspiring, motivating, and recruiting employees through balanced leadership with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, retention, and succession planning
- Demonstrated proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including demonstrated experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization skills
- Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to make effective business decisions
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a structured but flexible, adaptable and changing, operations environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Job Expectations:
- Schedules: Mon-Thur 4pm-12:30am and Friday 4:30pm- 1am or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
- Standing up to 6 to 8 hours or more
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds/ cash Vault, pulling and lifting
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

- 333 S Hope St D-100Los Angeles, CA (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$52,900.00 - $94,100.00
