This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). The Program:

Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.   

Join us for a 12-week paid summer internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun! 

The Team:  

The PO Solutions intern will play an important role in supporting our organization's initiatives in supporting any kind of project in PO and driving operational efficiency. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational automation, change management, and effective communication within a dynamic corporate environment. 

Learning Opportunities:

Gain practical experience in HR PM and process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, fostering professional growth and development.

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Currently enrolled in a master degree program and returning to school following the internship. 

  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2025, and not require sponsorship in the future. 

  • Prior experience in human resources as HR generalist or HR consultant or related fields is preferred

Preferred Majors:  

  • Human Resources

  • Business Administration

  • Organizational Design

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):   

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings and recommendations, summarize concepts
    Project management experience: methodology and techniques in achieving specific and measurable goals in global environment
    Digital: Use digital devices, communication applications, and networks to access and manage information and tools, comfortable with technology
    Operational Efficiency: Skills in identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing solutions to streamline operations; detailed oriented
    Automation: Familiarity with tools and techniques to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data management efficiency, automate templates
    Learning agility: ability to learn fast and apply these learning to new situations
    Generative AI: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
    Change Management/adaptability: Understanding of change management principles to support the implementation of new processes and initiatives
    Customer oriented: Address customer needs to create a positive experience for them
    Interpersonal:  cooperation & teamwork are essential
    Language: English required

The pay range for this position is $23 to $32 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
