Overview
Deutsche Bank’s eCommerce Client Services team (eCS) are recruiting for electronic trading client support for the Autobahn Trading franchise.
The team are responsible for managing the requirements of Deutsche Bank’s, Direct Market Access (DMA) clients which incorporates Foreign Exchange, Listed Derivatives and Fixed Income products. Providing support for platform delivery, risk management of orders / positions when connectivity is lost, working with clients to resolve trading issues, testing and demonstrating new products / functionality are key areas to manage. eCS support a global client customer base using the multi award winning Autobahn franchise.
ECS operate as global model with an emphasis on team collaboration across the global day, This involves working with management in Sales, Trading, Product and Technology in addition to team colleagues, A broad range of clients include Hedge Funds, Institutional and Corporate customers, Government Agencies, Asset Managers and Pension Funds.

What You’ll Do
Manage client orders during technical outages, checking position totals, reconciling to exchanges
Understand Algorithmic trading functionality and strategies in order to support clients
Responsible for team delivering on local and global initiatives
Develop strong relationships with our client base to ensure their requirements are met on a daily basis and for new offerings
Monitor and manage trading flow for FIX DMA, algorithmic trading, proprietary trading applications and third party trading offerings
Effectively manage risk to the Bank and Clients, Help to facilitate growth of the e-business by championing high value add activities
Skills You’ll Need
Favourable technical skills, (Macro building, MS Excel or similar)
Ability to multi-task and keep clear, accurate status reports
Knowledge of FIX protocol is advantageous but not essential
Relevant product experience in Listed Derivatives/FX/Fixed Income is advantageous but not strictly essential
Keen learner with flexibility to adapt and grow within the role, Strong work ethic with client centric and reliable team player mindset

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $48,000 to $68,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
