We are seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. Our team is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting the forecasted financial results of the company, administering the monthly forecast, long range plan and Quarterly Business Reviews, establishing guidance in order to achieve our financial goals and implementing and improving processes and procedures to measure our success. This position involves frequent interaction with FP&A colleagues, Business Unit CFO organizations, Corporate Accounting, and Investor Relations.
- Analyze variances, trends, risks and opportunities, performance against budget/forecast/targets and key business drivers.
- Coordinate, prepare and analyze monthly actual to forecast variance analysis across all business areas.
- Assist with tracking, monitoring and reporting monthly actuals associated with our company-wide restructuring and integration plans.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations to analyze consensus numbers and perform a comparative analysis against our forecasted financial results.
- Review forecasted financial results and highlight operational performance issues.
- Support key artifacts that include but not limited to, forecast and Long Range Plan (LRP) executive analysis, Board reporting and Investor Relations presentations.
- Support quarterly reporting of our segment results to be included in out 10-Q Financial Statements
- Work closely with the broader Corporate FP&A team and Controllers Accounting team to reflect relevant impacts on our actuals, budget and forecast.
- Liaise with Divisional finance organizations to ensure appropriate expense allocations and provide explanations/support as needed.
- Assist in development, tracking, and maintenance of key performance measurement reporting alongside our Enterprise Data & Intelligence team.
- Analyze critical metrics to identify trends and recommend further operational improvements.
- Performs other ad-hoc business reporting and analysis as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial environment applying analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting
- High proficiency in utilizing Workday, OneStream, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-honed advisory skills in working with others to elicit information, to think objectively and analytically, and to influence outcomes positively.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines; have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
- Work independently, with an attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy of output.
- Build strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is $73,400 - $122,400. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
