About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovations for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

Within EFT we are seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to help navigate and coordinate cross product testing primarily related to Customer Screening initiatives at Wells Fargo.  The role will be accountable to help ensure proper planning, reporting and execution, of technology deliverables is achieved for these initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with product manager, program manager, and technology groups to ensure proper plans are in place for the timely delivery of technology required to support completion of Global Sanctions initiatives.
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders regarding progress against planned releases, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvements.
  • Ensure transparency and clarity across planned release events for Global Sanctions initiatives.  This includes helping teams recognize potential dependencies and conflicts.
  • Partner with product manager, program manager, and technology groups to mitigate delivery risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience with QA test management
  • 3+ years of Agile Experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working across multiple LOBs

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading various forms of Software Testing – e.g., End to end, Integration Functional, Performance, and Regression Testing.  Including ability to provide guidance, lead and prioritize testing activities for Key Deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly define, track and manage dependencies tied to testing deliverables to ensure successful execution of testing deliverables – e.g., define and track environment management, upstream and downstream dependencies
  • Experience providing clear test execution & defect reporting to senior leaders throughout lifecycle of testing deliverables
  • Experience defining and implementing Automation Testing Strategies
  • Experience in financial services industry preferably within compliance/risk and financial crimes/customer screening
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective, well-articulated, written and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials).
  • Experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading delivery of cross product initiatives in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive solutions.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ
  • Willingness to work on-site at a stated location in the job opening.

Pay Range 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
