What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Support the implementation of new technologies for process execution and analysis.

  • Conduct daily documentation reviews, perform data entry tasks, track inventory, schedule maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, follow SOPs, complete accountability reports, pull samples for testing, perform routine tests, and maintain cleanliness and sanitization of manufacturing environments.

  • Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication, contributing to team goals.

  • Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.

  • Execute routine tasks by following prescribed steps within agreed timeframes.

  • Identify and address issues in routine processes.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of work processes and business within your area.

  • Solve routine problems using skills and knowledge, seeking help when needed.

  • Complete assignments under close supervision, adhering to guidelines and procedures.

  • Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and the use of hand tools

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Manufacturing experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or other regulated environment

  • Experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, including knowledge and experience with relevant biopharmaceutical unit operations and/or laboratory operations

  • Understanding of continuous improvement processes

Physical / Mental requirements

  • Requires the moving of heavy equipment and the ability to lift ~50 pounds. The incumbent needs to take the necessary safety precautions when working with pressurized systems, steam, and corrosive chemicals. 

  • The incumbent is required to attain detail knowledge of the operational equipment. 

  • The incumbent will be required to solve problems regarding site assessment, specific units used in Biopharmaceutical manufacturing. 

  • The incumbent must be able to express ideas into SOPs, MFRs and be able to use a multitude of programs including Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Non-Standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements

  • 1st shift 6am - 6pm, rotating

The salary for this position ranges from $26.34 to $43.89 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
