Job Description

Finished Goods Distribution Warehouse Bosch has over 25,000 part numbers in the Automotive Aftermarket, we offer a broad and current program for distributors and workshops for consumable parts, and components for braking systems.

• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment daily.
• Use handheld RF scanners for inventory and tracking.
• Follow standard procedures using sound judgment to make minor decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 6S guidelines.
• Report equipment or facility damage immediately.
• Perform various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and storage of materials and products.
• Prepare and verify shipments; pack materials and load/unload trucks.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; document and route materials appropriately.
• Prevent damage to equipment, materials, or products through careful handling and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain a strong safety focus to avoid serious injuries in a high-risk environment.
• Take ownership of work and meet established productivity and quality targets.
• Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Use basic math and data interpretation for forms, reports, and records.

Other Workplace Considerations: 

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am (with frequent overtime and ability to work on Saturdays as needed)
• Lifting products/materials up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Standing, walking and bending, as required to complete job tasks.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• 6+ months of Forklift experience 
• Forklift types Required:  Order Picker/Cherry Picker  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Fixed Mast Reach Truck experience 
• OSHA certification of powered industrial trucks
• Proficient in English language.  Read and write.
• Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency
• Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point 
• Warehouse management systems experience such as SAP

Salary Range:

Hourly Compensation: The U.S. base hourly wage for this full-time position is $16.75/hour with an additional shift premium based on the assigned shift.
