About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator within REVS (Real Estate Valuation Services) supporting Residential Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform valuation escalation reviews
  • Support operations team with training development and facilitation
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
  • Present to change control in order to communicate operational initiatives
  • Assist in proper distribution of workflow according to schedules
  • Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staff and partners
  • Interact with immediate team, department staff, and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedback
  • Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in an operations environment
  • Experience in residential real estate valuations
  • Collateral Management System (CMS) experience
  • Experience creating and updating training documentation and procedures
  • Strong facilitation and training skills in both virtual and in person formats
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams/LiveMeeting) skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in managing projects and initiatives
  • Experienced in user acceptance testing in order to prepare for technology releases

Job Expectations:

  • Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (hybrid)
