Order Entry team supervisor oversees the activities of a team of 15-30 order entry coordinators that are responsible for converting demand from Service Delivery team into sales orders and manage the process until handing it over to the Billing and Collections team for invoicing. Timely and structured order entry and PGI related activities are critical in executing Service Delivery financial plan.

As Order Entry Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for: 

• Managing team resources efficiently to drive effective Order Entry support across NAL

• Ensuring lapse time for creating Sales Orders in SAP/JC and PGI is less than 48hrs respectively

• Driving process standardization and 100% OMS / Job Center adoption

• Issuing reports through the month to drive visibility into monthly pacing

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • SAP proficiency
  • 7+ years of experience in Materials Management, Customer Service, Billing & Collections, Procurement, or Manufacturing
  • 3+ years of Supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be based out of Sugar Land office Tue-Thu during regular business hours
