The Red Hat Sales Cloud  team is looking for a Business System Analyst to join us. In this role, you will work as a member of a highly dynamic and collaborative technical team. The team is tasked with design, development, and functional support for the Red Hat Sales Cloud (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). You will implement and execute strategy to help the team deliver high-quality products and build a quality-first culture within the development team. You will collaborate closely with PProduct Owner, Salesforce Engineers, Enterprise architects, and testing and support teams to execute and deliver solutions and tools in alignment with the org vision and strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with global and regional stakeholders, development teams, and architects to solve business problems
  • Writing user stories, acceptance criteria as per business needs
  • Driving team refinement sessions and implement solutions using salesforce configuration
  • Analyze business requirements perform gap analysis and root cause analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, business controls, and IT general controls
  • Identify system gaps and propose, design, and build solutions

What You Will Bring

  • Graduate university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field

  • 2+ years of SFDC experience

  • Demonstrated experience working as part of an agile development team

  • Experience with CI and CD tools like Git, VS Code, SonarQube, and the release process

  • Solid knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Understanding of the overall SFDC ecosystem

  • Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships

  • Desire to learn and apply new technologies

  • Ability to learn quickly and master new skills as necessary

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills 

The Following Are Considered a Plus

  • SFDC certifications

  • Agile certifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

The salary range for this position is $86,770.00 - $138,850.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
