Essential Job Functions:
Write high-quality, compelling thought leadership content for websites, social channels, videos, blog posts, social media, media publications and more.
Brainstorm innovative storytelling approaches to captivate audiences.
Develop overarching story frameworks for campaigns, announcements, events and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to visually enhance narratives.
Understand target audience demographics and motivations to tailor stories accordingly.
Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future storytelling strategies.
Required Skills:
5-10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
The ability to handle complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams.
Strong command of grammar, vocabulary and the ability to craft engaging narratives.
Deep understanding of storytelling techniques, narrative arcs and story development.
Skilled at translating technical jargon into clear, concise language
Research skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to conceptualize unique and innovative storytelling approaches.
Able to provide a diverse portfolio to demonstrate your writing ability
Web design experience is a plus.
