Title and Summary

Manager, Business Analysis

In virtually every country worldwide, Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (SMEs) are the lifeblood of economic vitality. They represent 90% of the global workforce and 55% GDP in emerging markets. This segment is central to Mastercard’s growth strategy - not only because of their global impact but also because of SMEs’ significant role in the payment’s ecosystem as both payers and acceptors of electronic payments. The Manager, Business Analysis in the Global SME Exec Office will be responsible for unlocking innovation across the business by leveraging data-driven insights and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business needs, diagnosing complex challenges, and developing creative solutions to help bring Global SME closer to its vision and growth objectives. This colleague will possess outstanding strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills. Role: • Build out the end-to-end global SME analytics function to uncover opportunities across the global and regional teams.• Measure and manage key sales KPIs to drive efficiencies, mitigate risks, and keep leadership informed on progress against objectives.• Strategically analyze data and develop recommendations to capture opportunities and mitigate risks in business development areas such as opportunity creation, deal wins, commercialization etc.• Design and own monthly Salesforce reporting for global and regional leadership teams; find patterns in data that inform insights and risk remediation. • Partner with and provide recommendations to the Sales Excellence team for Salesforce platform enhancements as our business needs evolve.• Establish a reporting program across global and regional teams to monitor progress against targets.• In partnership with CNFP and SME leadership teams, identify the appropriate SME products to be included annual Sales Accelerator program; measure progress throughout year and report actuals for year-end scorecard. • Establish end-to-end reporting on deal-to-dollar to help inform portfolio forecast modeling and mitigate risk of delays to commercialization. • Support ad hoc strategic analytics projects to help accelerate our business agenda.• Own golden source KPI documentation and reporting.All About You The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission to help SMEs around the world effectively grow and thrive through seamless technology. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Purchase, New York: $129,000 - $215,000 USD
