Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company. 

Partner with the best

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will execute on the sourcing plans, analyze data from multiple sources using SQL, PowerBI & Excel, and drive opportunities to preferred suppliers and negotiate cost reductions. 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting on analytics projects related to Supply Chain.
  • Adhering to Sourcing strategies for Sourcing across Oil and Gas product Lines and functions.
  • Selecting suppliers in accordance with preferred suppliers defined by Region Category Managers
  • Evaluating suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits and audits to assure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service for existing as well as new suppliers
  • Reviewing supplier strategy - identification and development of contact base relationships with suppliers
  • Managing supplier relationship with Regional and Local suppliers

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or have a high school diploma / GED plus 4 years of sourcing and/or data analysis experience in lieu of degree)
  • Have 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or data analytics role
  • Have prior experience working with and building databases
  • Have previous working experience with SAP's data structure
  • Be a team player and display good communication and writing skills
  • Have knowledge of key aspects of the RFI/RFQ sourcing process
  • Be proficient in MS Office, SAP and SAP Ariba
