Job Responsibilities :
A RazerStore Evangelist breathes life into the RAZER experience for every customer who steps into our physical stores. As a key support to the Store Manager in daily retail operations, this individual stands out as a specialist in product knowledge and exceptional customer service within the sales operations team.In addition, the RazerStore Sales & Community Evangelist is required to work closely with the Head of RazerStore Marketing & Community and is responsible for the in-store planning, execution, and monitoring of their RazerStore community activation.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
- Act as the store's community representative in the local gaming communities.
- Identify local community trends to optimize engagement and traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our gaming community both online and in-store.
Social Media Management:
- Execute the store’s social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community.
- Respond to community feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage and amplify user-generated content showcasing in-store experiences with our gaming products.
Retail Service and Customer Assistance:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
- Handle transactions at the register and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about the latest gaming products and trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media and community engagement.
- Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage events effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with major gaming platforms and communities.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
