Details of the Division and Team:
Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement.
Work includes:
Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation
Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk •Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions
Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls

Your key responsibilities:
Manage and lead FX team of 7 for daily FX settlement and system project
Support early-shift for FX instruction management
Monitor and process daily FX transaction
Regulatory reporting and reconciliation
Participant in system enhancement for clients’ request and market change.
Support client reporting and inquiries for FX transactions
Support internal/external reporting and activities for audit and risk control purpose
Support Business on client due diligence
Work with Custody Ops head and other team leads to ensure implementation of local aspects or product strategy and change
Provide recommendations for process improvement
Communicate with all stakeholders related to FX processing
Risk control management on FX processing
Your skills and experience:
At least 8 years of experience in banking or custodian function
Basic knowledge of FINI system in Taiwan market
Understanding of custody FX process and applicable regulations
Good communication skill
Ability to work independently
Management and risk control related experience
Trust License is a must
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business management, or relevant function
