職務內容:
1. 透過電話、Line、信箱處理通路端諮訽業務並回覆相關問題。
2. 執行新契約生調作業。
3. 協助內外部查核。
4. 執行NPS回訪作業。
5. 跨單位溝通,照會與追縱相關事項,確保問題有效解決。
6. 團隊績效數據彙整與報表製作。
7. 流程與系統改善優化。
8. 團隊協作支援。
申請資格:
1. 具有電話客服相關實務與管理經驗,大學畢業,商學/財經相關科系或具保險專業相關背景。
2. 熟悉3C操作、Word、Exce函數、樞紐分析與文書處理能力。
3. 良好溝通技巧與領導力。
4. 彈性應變能力與客戶導向思維。
