Job Summary • Act as Branch CEO, in charge of overall service quality, customer experience, personnel management, customer compliant handling and branch operations. • In charge of recruitments, retention, development, job transfer and all other aspects of branch employee management. Train employees to meet the expected work performance. • Work with Performance Management by providing employee product referring performance and approve their performance score reviews. • Define and assure the completion of all required training and development for the branch. • Control and conduct regular inspections over operation risks and processes; perform operation process improvements. • Ensure the compliance of group policies and standards and local banking laws, regulation controls, and procedures. • Reinforce SCB’s image by holding community activities.

Skills and Experience
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-year experience in branch or operations management • Licenses requirements are: Internal control, Trust and Trust Management, Structured Products, Investment Trust Investment license, life insurance and Investment insurance licenses. • Ability to use management process effectively to manage people / portfolios with an analytical skill to resolve complex work related issues. • Good in communication & co-ordination • Familiar with MS Office applications
