工作內容:

• 負責Costco通路之業務發展與管理，制定並執行年度業務計畫、促銷活動與營收目標。
• 建立與維護與Costco採購部門之良好關係，提升合作深度與商品能見度。
• 分析市場趨勢、競品動態與銷售數據，提出具體建議以提升銷售績效。
• 與內部跨部門（如Marketing、Supply Chain、Finance等）協作，確保產品供應與活動順利推行。
• 管理年度合約、預算與促銷資源配置，控管利潤與折讓政策。
• 領導專案執行，如新品導入、倉儲包裝規格設計、物流需求協調等。
• 報告業績與關鍵指標（KPI）進展，並定期向主管彙報。

職務需求:

• 大學以上學歷，商管、行銷或相關科系佳。
• 10年以上FMCG或小家電產業相關銷售經驗，至少3年直接管理Costco通路經驗（含商品開發、談判、促銷規劃等）。
• 中英文流利，能進行英文簡報與商務溝通

專業能力

• 熟悉Modern Trade、倉儲型量販業態（特別是Costco營運模式）。
• 優秀的談判技巧與客戶關係經營能力。
• 數據分析能力強，熟悉Excel與PowerPoint等商務軟體。

個人特質：

• 積極主動、具備策略思維與執行力。
• 能獨立作業又擅於團隊合作。
• 高抗壓性，能處理快節奏與高標準的外商品牌文化。
